Provide the old and new model, indoor and outdoor unit locations, supports, piping, drainage and power supply locations, and confirm dismantling of the old unit, transportation and additional works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation; the general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer’s warranty. Building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty, subject to the scope and conditions set out in the cleaning service terms. For example, for water dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning; this does not mean that all pre-existing faults or water leakage will be repaired free of charge.
