How is the on-site inspection fee for Sunny Day Hotel calculated?
The inspection/site visit fee is HK$500, and it is a single charge that will not be split or charged twice. If repair is carried out after inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.
Is there a warranty for air conditioning repair?
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, method of handling, required parts and quotation; work will only begin after confirmation. Parts supply is subject to verification against the actual model.
What information is needed for air conditioner replacement or new installation?
Provide the old and new models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, support structure, pipework, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any extra work. Running a new power line from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation; standard installation warranty is one year, calculated separately from the manufacturer’s warranty, and building or management requirements are confirmed based on actual conditions.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms; for example, in water leakage cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning, and this does not mean all existing faults or leaks are repaired free of charge.
