Bringing a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation; standard installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air-conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service comes with a 90-day warranty, and the scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms; for example, in water-dripping cases, whether it was caused by the cleaning must be confirmed first, and it does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
