Please provide the old and new models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, support, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm dismantling, transport and any extra work. Running a new power supply from the main switch to beside the unit is not included in the basic installation. General installation warranty is one year, calculated separately from the manufacturer’s warranty of the unit, and building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.

Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?

The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty, and the applicable scope and conditions shall be checked against the cleaning service terms. For example, in water dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning work, and it does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
