Cleaning does not guarantee the fault will be solved. If water is near electrical equipment, please stop using the related equipment first.
How is the on-site inspection fee for CCB Tower calculated?
The inspection/call-out fee is HK$500, and it is a single charge that will not be split or charged twice. If repair work is carried out after inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner repair?
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, method of handling, required parts and quotation; work will only proceed after confirmation. Parts supply will be checked against the actual model.
What information is needed for air conditioner replacement or new installation?
Provide the new and old model, indoor and outdoor unit locations, support, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any additional works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in standard installation; general installation warranty is one year, separate from the manufacturer’s warranty, and building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty; the scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms. For example, in leakage cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by cleaning, and this does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
