Air conditioner service range

Cleaning the air conditioner is an important procedure for regular maintenance of the air conditioner. The purpose is to make the air conditioner run smoothly, save energy output, and protect your own health. The process of cleaning the air conditioner is mainly to clean the internal and external parts of the air conditioner, such as fan blades, condensers, radiators, dust screens, etc., to remove accumulated dust, dirt, bacteria and other harmful substances. At the same time, it is also necessary to check whether the various functions of the air conditioner are operating normally, such as replenishing refrigerant, checking the drain pipe, etc., to ensure the performance and safety of the air conditioner.

Harmonica split air conditioner cleaning process

  1. Check the condition of the air conditioner: Before cleaning, use testing tools to check whether the air conditioner is operating normally and evaluate the new and old condition of the equipment to determine whether cleaning is required.

  2. Protect the surrounding environment: Before cleaning, ensure that the areas that will have the opportunity to come into contact are protected from contamination or damage.

  3. Turn off and remove the power cord: Before cleaning, turn off the power of the air conditioner and remove the power cord to ensure safety.

  4. Disassemble the dust filter: open the shell and take out the dust filter. The dust filter can be easily disassembled under normal circumstances. Then put the disassembled dust screen into clean water, add special cleaner for air conditioner, scrub gently, rinse with clean water, and dry the dust screen.

  5. Clean the pig cage: Use a long-handled soft brush to gently brush away accumulated dust along the direction of the pig cage. If the pig cage is very dirty, you can gently scrub it with a special cleaner for air conditioners, and then rinse it with clean water. Be careful not to damage the cage.

  6. Clean the radiator: Use a soft brush to gently brush off the dust on the surface of the radiator. During the cleaning process, do not damage the cooling fins of the radiator. If the radiator is very dirty, spray the surface of the radiator with a special cleaner for the air conditioner, and then rinse it with clean water.

  7. Clean the drain: Check that the drain is unblocked. If there is a blockage, you can unclog the Worx suction air conditioner to completely unclog the water.

  8. Cleaning of the outdoor unit: Remove the shell of the outdoor unit, and use a water pipe to wash the cooling fins of the outdoor unit. Do not use a high-pressure water gun to avoid damage to the heat sink. Reinstall the case after cleaning.

  9. Assembly and inspection: reinstall the dry dust filter and put the shell back in place. Turn on the power and turn on the air conditioner, and check whether the air conditioner is operating normally and whether its cooling capacity has increased.
